Motion for Life Founder
Monika Schernthanner is the founder and proprietor of Motion for Life fitness studio. With a degree in Athletic Training, background in clinical orthopedics, as well as years spent on the Sun Valley Ski Patrol and previous practices in massage and yoga, she brings a unique and seasoned approach to every client’s instruction. Oh, and she’s also a Soo Bahk Do black belt.
